Service Description
Exercise prescription to achieve your goals, rehab injuries, manage pain, improve mental and physical health, considering specific medical conditions and based on your likes (and dislikes!) Supervision for the session to ensure appropriate technique, intensity and to provide alternative options on the go! (Plus some company and accountability :) ) Bring your babies and/or toddlers with you and we will make it work - they come in handy as an additional weight! (My little assistant will be present too ;) ) Sessions run outdoor at a location organised to suit you, using minimal equipment and bodyweight movements. I will provide a play mat and toys for bubba's as well as an exercise mat for any floor-based movements. I also have baby-suitable sunscreen (3 months+) and mosquito patches available for use.
