MAY TO SEPTEMBER

Finding time for exercise can be tough with a new baby or busy toddler at home. That's why I offer postnatal group exercise classes where you can bring your baby/toddler along with you. A safe and effective workout designed specifically for new mothers/birth parents catering for postpartum body changes. Research backed approaches provide you with an effective workout to promote health and wellbeing while keeping you and your baby safe. Suitable for all age babies including infants and crawlers/toddlers.

SEPTEMBER TO MAY

While it's warm and pleasant (well, most of the time) we run the group sessions outdoors to get babies (and mums) out in nature! With nearby undercover wet weather location options, there is no need to miss a week because of a rainy day! A circuit-style structure using a mixture of Pilates-inspired strengthening movements to target common postpartum complaints will get your body moving. Designed with babies and toddlers in mind, whether they like to stay put or are on the go!
